I'd say my phone alarm but I usually wake up & turn it off then I'm back to sleep so it's mostly my friend, she calls me every morning just to make sure I'm up :D

I usually just wake up naturally, even for school, I wake up like five minutes before my alarm, its sorta strange.

BQ: I can't say I'm a light sleeper because I have slept through many fire alarms.

But I am not a deep sleeper either, a buzzing fly can wake me up. I am somewhere in between most of the time.
